This template establishes the standard US market return window (30 days) and clear rules for electronics.

 

RETURN POLICY – ACAPELLA GADGETS

 

At ACAPELLA GADGETS, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.


 

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

 

  • Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • Condition: To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

  • Electronics: Any electronic devices (tablets, headphones, etc.) must be restored to factory settings and unlinked from any accounts (iCloud, Google, etc.) before being returned.


 

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

 

We do not accept returns for:

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • Digital gift cards or software.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse.


 

3. RETURN PROCESS

 

  1. Contact: Send an email to acapellastore777@gmail.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  2. Authorization: You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address (which may be a warehouse in the US or our supplier’s address, depending on the item). Do not send the item back before receiving the RMA.

  3. Shipping: The item must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the RMA number.

    • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.


 

4. REFUNDS

 

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved: The refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [5 to 10 business days].


 

5. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

 

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will cover all return shipping costs and offer a full refund or send a replacement item.
