🚚 SHIPPING POLICY

Key Information: We operate under a dropshipping model. Orders are shipped directly from our international suppliers.
1. ORDER PROCESSING
Processing Time: All orders are processed and forwarded to our supplier within [1 to 3 business days] after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order is dispatched.
Address Changes: Any address changes must be requested immediately. We cannot guarantee an address change after [24 hours] of placing the order.
2. SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS
Due to the international nature of our logistics model (dropshipping), delivery times may vary.

3. TRACKING
All orders include tracking. You will receive the tracking number via email as soon as it is available.

4. CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES
ACAPELLA GADGETS is not responsible for any customs fees or import taxes applied to your order in the United States.
In general, most low-value electronics shipments do not incur major import tariffs in the US, but the customer is responsible for any fees charged by the local customs authority.
